一、学科、专业简介(Disciplines Instruction)

青岛科技大学安全学科始建于2001年,2002开始招收本科生,是青岛科技大学重点建设学科。我校于2006年取得“安全技术及工程”二级学科硕士学位授予权,2010年招收和培养工程硕士。2011年取得“安全科学与工程”一级学科硕士学位授予权。此外,在化工安全及材料安全领域有“安全与环境功能材料”博士点一个。目前设有一个“安全工程”专业教研室和“化工过程安全中心”及“现代安全管理与技术发展中心”两个研究机构。本学科拥有中央与地方共建项目“化工安全与环境特色实验室”、中央财政支持地方高校建设项目“化工过程安全与污染控制实验室”和山东省高等学校骨干学科建设项目“环境与安全教学实验中心”。安全工程现有专业教师20多名,其中博士生导师2名,教授6名,副教授8名,18人具有博士学位。目前本科生在校生人数360人,硕士研究生在校人数30人。本学科研究生毕业后进入政府安监部门、各类生产企业、安全评价公司、设计院或学校从事安全领域相关的工程、管理、教学、科研、咨询服务等工作,部分学生继续攻读博士学位。

The major of safety engineering was set up in QingdaoUniversity of Science and Technology (QUST) in 2002, which is the key subjectof QUST. The College of Environment and Safety Engineering was established in2006 on the base of the resources from the College of Chemistry and MolecularEngineering, the College of Chemical Engineering and the College of Materials Science and Engineering. The grant authority of master degree in safety technologyand engineering for grade II science division was achieved in 2006. The grantauthority of master degree in engineering field was achieved in 2010.Furthermore, the grant authority of master degree in safety science andengineering for grade I science division was achieved in 2011. At the sametime, the graduate students can also further their study for doctor degree inchemical safety or material safety fields. At present, the department of safetyscience and engineering includes the teaching group of safety engineering andtwo research centers (chemical process safety center and modern safetymanagement and technology development center). The discipline has a Central andLocal Government Joint Development Project “Special Laboratory for ChemicalSafety and Environment”, a Central Government Supporting Local University BuiltProject “Laboratory for Chemical Process Safety and Pollution Control” and a Shandong University Key Discipline Project “Teaching Experimental Center for Environmentand Safety”. There are more than 20 teachers including 2 Ph.D. supervisors, 6professors, 8 associate professors. Among them, 18 teachers have doctor degree.The number of undergraduates and post-graduates studying now is 360 and 30respectively. Most of the post-graduates have joined government safetysupervision department, various enterprises, companies of safety evaluation, designinginstitutes, universities or colleges and other organizations to conduct thevarious work about safety such as engineering, management, teaching, studyingand technology service. Additionally, some post-graduates pursue doctor degreeafter graduation to polish their ability in the major of safety.

近年来在中央、地方及学校的大力支持下,我校安全学科在师资队伍、实验室条件等软硬件建设方面实现了快速发展,保证了安全专业教学水平稳步提高。在此基础上积极鼓励教师开展科研工作,为研究生的培养打造了良好的学术平台。我校安全学科逐渐形成以下四个稳定的研究方向:火灾动力学演化及事故模拟;化工过程安全;化工安全材料;安全风险管理。

In recent years, under the fiscal support from the centraland local governments, the enhancement of facilities and teaching team guaranteesthe high-level teaching of all courses. Teachers are always encouraged toconduct research work presenting an important base for research. Presently, themain research fields include fire dynamics evolution and accidents simulation,chemical process safety, chemical safety materials, safety risk management.

安全专业具有很强的学科交叉性,我校安全专业正是依托其优势专业(化学、化工和材料)发展起来的,具有良好的研究基础,在人才培养、科学研究和解决地方经济发展面临的安全问题等方面有较强的发展潜力,取得了一批研究成果。近5年承担国家级项目19项、省部级项目40项以及一批企业委托课题;出版专著10部;发表论文260余篇,其中SCIEI收录51篇;获省部级科技奖励14项,获国家专利4项。

The intersection between safety and other similar science division,especially the chemical engineering, chemistry and materials, was emphasized inthe course of teaching and studying. The development for many years results inthe obvious enhancement in facilities, teaching team and research ability,which presents an important base for the training of high-level talent insafety serving for the safety protection in Shandong province or all over thecountry. In recent 5 years, the teachers majored in safety completed 19 researchprojects of national grade and 40 research projects of provincial orministerial grade. More than 260 papers were published in important sciencejournals. Among them, 51 papers were indexed by SCI or EI, 14 provincial andministerial level awards were received and 4 national patents of invention weregranted authorization. Additionally, a large variety of industrial projects tosolve safety problems in industries were completed successfully.

二、培养目标( Objectives of Training)

[1] 掌握马克思主义毛泽东思想的基本原理,深刻领会邓小平理论,坚持四项基本原则,热爱祖国、遵纪守法、坚持真理、具备严谨的科学态度和优良的职业道德。

To master the basic principlesof Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought, to profoundly understand Deng XiaopingTheory, to adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles and patriotism, to observethe disciplines and obey the laws, to persistently uphold the truth and toobserve the rigorous scientific approach and excellent professional ethic.

[2] 具有较强的安全意识,德、智、体全面发展,成为能够为新世纪我国安全科技发展作出贡献的安全专门人才。

To have a strong safetyconsciousness, to promote all round development of moral, intellectual andphysical education and to grow into specialists of safety that will contributeto the safety technology development of our country in the new century.

[3] 具备扎实的基础知识及解决实际安全问题的技能和能力;了解和熟悉安全专业的发展动态及学术进展;具备独立从事安全相关领域的研究及成果转化的能力。

To possess solid fundamentalknowledge and have the skills and capacity to solve safety issues, tounderstand and be familiar with the professional and academic progress ofenvironment development and to have the capabilities of independent academicresearch in safety and achievements conversion.

[4] 掌握一门外语,具备良好的国内外学术交流能力,能熟练使用外语阅读专业书籍、查阅文献并撰写论文。

To master a foreign language,to have a good capability of domestic and international academic exchange andto apply the foreign language in reading professional books, consultingliterature and writing papers.

三、学制及学习年限Educational System and Length of Schooling

硕士研究生学制为3年,学习年限一般不超过4年。其中课程学习一般为13学期,论文研究工作不少于1;硕士生课程学习实行学分制,在学期间应修≥42学分,其中学位课程19学分,研究环节13学分。

Three-year educational systemis adopted and the length of schooling should not be beyond 4 years. Thegeneral time length for courses is 1~3 terms and at least 1 year should bespent on the research work of thesis. The credit system is adopted in studyingthe postgraduate courses. The postgraduates must complete the courses of ≥42 creditsincluding the degree courses of 19 credits and the research section of 13 credits.

火灾动力学演化及事故模拟

Fire Dynamics Evolution and  Accidents Simulation

该方向是安全科学与工程领域重要的研究方向之一。该方向在化工火灾动力学过程及模拟、化学化工事故模拟、危险化学品热灾害及评价等方面具有特色和优势。  

This orientation is one of the important research fields in  safety science and engineering. The main advantages and characteristics are  to explore the process and mechanisms of chemical fire dynamics and  simulation, to model the chemical accidents, to understand the chemical  thermal hazard and assessment.

化工过程安全

Chemical Process Safety

重点开展化工过程本质安全理论及应用、化工设备安全技术、基于非常态机理模型的过程故障诊断等方面的研究。

The main research fields are concentrated on the inherent  safety theory and application of chemical process, safety technology of  chemical equipment, process faults diagnosis based on the abnormal states  mechanism models.

化工安全材料

Chemical Safety Materials

主要侧重化工设备的腐蚀与防护、安全热控涂层材料、阻燃聚合物材料等方面的研究。

The focus of this research field is to study the chemical  equipment corrosion mechanisms and protection, thermal controlled safety  coating materials and the development of flame retarded materials.

安全风险管理

Safety Risk Management

在化工能源安全风险管理、化工安全风险评估与控制、化工安全标准的制定及方法学研究等方面形成了自己的特色。

The characteristics of this research field are typical in studying  the chemical resource safety risk management, chemical safety risk assessment  and control, chemical safety standards.

六、课程教学Course Teaching

研究生课程分为学位课和非学位课,研究生在学期间应修完个人培养计划中所要求的学分,方能进入中期考核。

The master courses include degreecourses and non-degree courses. Prior to medium-term assessment, each studentshould complete all the courses in his (her) educating plan and gain therequired credits.

安全科学与工程的课程教学以课堂讲授为主要手段,鼓励教师以专题报告形式开展部分课程内容的教学。课程考核分考试与考查,一般学位课采用闭卷考试,其他课程采用闭、开卷与考查相结合的方式。

The main teaching mean is lecturing in class. Additionally, topicreports by the teachers are encouraged in teaching. The assessment of course isconducted by exam and check. Generally, written exam with closed paper shouldbe used in degree courses, whereas written exam with closed or opened paper andother assessment means can be used for non-degree courses.

七、论文的要求Dissertation Requirements

科学研究是研究生培养的必要组成部分,是提高研究生培养质量的关键环节。学位论文的选题应体现本学科领域的前沿性和先进性,一般要与导师的科研任务相结合。鼓励研究生在导师指导下,通过阅读文献资料,自主选题。学位论文要有开题报告,中期检查、论文答辩等过程,有明确的时间安排。在论文工作期间,研究生发表的论文应符合学校的要求。

Considered as the key mean to guaranteethe quality of post-graduates, research work is the required section for mastereducation,. The topic selection should exhibit the characteristics of advancein environmental science and engineering and it is better to take the researchtask of the tutor into account. Furthermore, the free topic selection afterreviewing literature is also encouraged under the help of the tutor. The dissertationwork includes several steps such as thesis proposal, medium-term assessment andthesis oral defense. Each step is arranged with an explicit schedule. Duringthe course of research work, the students need to write paper for publicationto meet the requirements of the university.

论文在答辩前要请两位在安全科学与工程领域有较深造诣的专家评阅,且其中至少有一位是外校专家。论文答辩应由校内外专家组成的答辩委员会主持进行。通过答辩者,准予毕业,并由校学位委员会批准,授予硕士学位。

Prior to thesis oral defense, the thesis must be subjected to an assessmentmade by two experts majoring in safety science and engineering, and at leastone of the two experts comes from outside of the university. Thesis defense committeecomposed of the experts hosts the proceedings. Approvedby the university appraisal committee, the master degree will be conferred on thosestudents who pass the thesis oral defense.
