一、学科、专业简介(Disciplines Instruction)

青岛科技大学于2000年起先后组建环境科学、环境工程本科专业。2006年经化学院、化工学院和材料学院相关专业优化整合,成立环境与安全工程学院。2006年获得环境科学和环境工程两个专业二级硕士学位授予权,2010年获得环境科学与工程一级学科硕士学位授予权。2013年获批安全与环境功能材料二级学科博士学位授予权。本学科拥有山东省高等学校骨干学科建设项目“环境与安全教学实验中心”、中央与地方共建项目“化工安全与环境特色实验室”和中央财政支持地方高校建设项目“化工过程安全与污染控制实验室”。目前青岛科技大学环境科学与工程系包括环境科学和环境工程两个专业教研室,经过多年努力已建立起高层次的教学科研队伍。环境科学专业现有教师18人,其中教授3人,副教授10人,讲师5人,14人具有博士学位;环境工程专业现有教师16人其中教授2人,副教授10人,讲师4人,13人具有博士学位。目前环境学科本科生在校人数600人,硕士研究生60人。本学科研究生毕业后进入各类生产企业、环保公司、设计院或学校从事环境领域相关的工程、管理、教学、科研、咨询服务等工作,部分学生继续攻读博士学位。

The two majors, environmental science and environmental engineering, were successively set up in Qingdao university of Science and Technology from the year of 2000. The School of Environment and Safety Engineering was established in 2006 on the base of the resources from the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering, the College of Chemical Engineering and the College of Materials Science and Engineering. The grant authority of master degree in environmental science and environmental engineering for grade II science division was achieved in 2006. The grant authority of master degree in environmental science and engineering for grade I science division was achieved in 2010. Furthermore, the grant authority of doctor degree in safety and environmental function materials for grade II science division was achieved in 2013. The discipline has a Shandong University Key Discipline Project “Teaching Experimental Center for Environment and Safety”, a Central and Local Government Joint Development Project “Special Laboratory for Chemical Safety and Environment” and a Central Government Supporting Local University Built Project “Laboratory for Chemical Process Safety and Pollution Control” At present, the department of environmental science and engineering includes two teaching groups, namely the teaching group of environmental science and the teaching group of environmental engineering. A high-level teaching and studying team has been established in the college. There are 18 teachers including 3 professors, 10 associate professors and 5 lecturers working in the teaching group of environmental science. Among them, 14 teachers have doctor degree. Similarly, there are 16 teachers including 2 professors, 10 associate professors and 4 lecturers working in the teaching group of environmental engineering and 13 teachers have doctor degree. The numbers of undergraduate and post-graduate studying now are 600 and 60 respectively. Most of the post-graduate join in various enterprises, companies of environment protection, designing institutes, universities or colleges and other organizations to conduct the various work about environment such as engineering, management, teaching, studying and technology service. Additionally, some post-graduate pursue doctor degree after graduate to polish their ability in the major of environment.

近年来在中央及地方财政的支持下,青岛科技大学环境专业在硬件设施和师资队伍方面实现了快速发展,保证了环境专业各类课程的高质量传授。在此基础上积极鼓励教师开展科研工作,为研究生的培养打造了良好的学术平台。目前我校环境学科的研究方向包括:水污染控制技术;环境污染监测、评价与生态修复;环境管理与标准;固体废弃物的处置与资源化;大气污染控制技术。

In recent years, under the fiscal support from the central and local government, the enhancement of facilities and teaching team guarantees the high-level teaching of all courses. Teachers are always encouraged to conduct research work presenting an important base for research. Presently, the main research fields include Control Technology for Water Pollution, Monitoring, Assessment and Bioremediation for  Environmental Pollution, environmental management and environmental standard, disposal and reuse of solid waste, Control Technology for Air pollution.

化工行业在国民经济中占有重要地位,但如何解决以化工为首的工业污染问题已成为实现可持续发展的关键。因此,青岛科技大学环境专业突出化工特色,在教学和科研中重视与相近专业的学科交叉。经多年的发展,在硬件设施和师资力量上都有了长足进步,能够培养出高层次的环境类专业人才,服务于山东省乃至全国工业与环境协调发展事业。

The industry of chemical engineering plays an important role in national economy. However, how to solve the environmental pollution resulted from chemical engineering industry has become a key for the realization of sustainable development. Therefore, the intersection between environment and other similar science division, especially the chemical engineering, was emphasized in the course of teaching and studying. The development for many years result in the obvious enhancement in facilities, teaching team and research ability, which present an important base for the training of high-level talent in environment serving for the environmental protection in Shandong province or all over the country.

青岛科技大学环境专业近5年承担包括863项目在内的国家级项目16项、省部级项目20项;发表论文420篇,其中SCIEI收录82篇;获国家发明专利4项。承担了一批企业污染治理及清洁生产项目,加强了学科发展与社会需求互动,为进一步服务于当地经济的可持续发展奠定了良好的基础。

In recent 5 years, the teachers majored in environment completed 16 research projects of national grade including 863 item, and 20 research projects of provincial or ministerial grade. 420 papers were published in the important science journals. Among them, 82 papers were indexed by SCI or EI. Additionally, 4 patents of invention were granted authorization. Additionally, a large variety of industrial projects about pollution control and clean production were completed successfully, which enhance the communication between university and enterprise leading to an important base for the further service in the local sustainable development.

二、培养目标( Objectives of Training)

[1] 了解马克思主义毛泽东思想的基本原理,领会邓小平理论,坚持四项基本原则,热爱祖国、遵纪守法、坚持真理、具备严谨的科学态度和优良的职业道德。

To know the basic principles of Marxism and Mao Zedong Thought, to understand Deng Xiaoping Theory, to adhere to the Four Cardinal Principles and patriotism, to observe the disciplines and obey the laws, to persistently uphold the truth and to observe the rigorous scientific approach and excellent professional ethic.

[2] 具有较强的环境意识,德、智、体全面发展,成为能够为新世纪我国可持续发展作出贡献的环境保护专门人才。

To have a strong environmental consciousness, to promote all round development of moral, intellectual and physical education and  to grow into specialists of  environmental protection that will contribute to the sustainable development of our country in the new century.

[3] 具备扎实的基础知识及解决实际环境问题的技能和能力;了解和熟悉环境专业的发展动态及学术进展;具备独立从事污染防治技术研究、环保设备开发及成果转化的能力。

To possess solid  fundamental knowledge and have the skills and capacity to solve environmental issues, to understand and be familiar with the professional and academic progress of environment development and to have the capabilities of independent technology research in pollution prevention, environmental protection equipment development and achievements conversion.

   [4] 掌握一门外语,具备良好的国内外学术交流能力,能熟练使用外语阅读专业书籍、查阅文献并撰写论文。

To master a foreign language, to have a good capability of domestic and international academic exchange and to apply the foreign language in reading professional books, consulting literature and writing papers.

三、学制及学习年限Educational System and Length of Schooling

硕士研究生学制为3年,学习年限不超过4年。其中课程学习一般为1~2学期,论文研究工作不少于1年;硕士生课程学习实行学分制,在学期间应修≥42学分,其中学位课程≥18学分,研究环节13学分。

Three-year educational system is adopted and the length of schooling should not be beyond 4 years. The general time length for courses is 1~2 terms and at least 1 year should be spend on the research work of thesis. The credit points system is adopted in studying the postgraduate courses. The postgraduates must complete the courses of ≥42 credit points including the degree courses of ≥18 credit points and the research section of 13 credit points.

水污染控制技术

Control Technology for Water Pollution

水污染控制技术是环境科学与工程领域重要的研究方向之一。该方向主要开展难生物降解有机物的降解技术研究,推动绿色化学技术在水污染治理领域的应用;深化絮凝机理研究,制备新型水处理剂;研究生物技术在脱氮除磷和POPs降解中的应用。

  Control technology for water pollution is one of the important research orientation in environmental science and engineering. The main work is to explore the novel degradation technology for bio-refractory organics, which will promote the application of green chemical technology in wastewater treatment. To learn more about the mechanism of flocculation and develop new reagent used in water treatment. To research the application of biotechnology in the removal of N and P as well as the degradation of POPs.

固体废弃物处置与资源化

Disposal and Resource of Solid Waste

以工业固体废物、城市污水厂污泥和废弃家电为主要研究对象,采用物理、化学和生物技术手段,解决其无害化和资源化中的技术难题。

In this research fields, industrial solid wastes, sludge from municipal wastewater treatment and waste electronic products are the concerned objects. The physical, chemical and biological technologies are employed to deal with the problems in the decontamination and resource process of those wastes.

大气污染控制技术

Control Technology for Air pollution

该方向主要研究烟气中颗粒和气态污染物的新型净化技术及原理,研究通过控制燃烧过程解决燃料燃烧和火灾中的烟气污染问题;研究用于有机废气处理的生物技术。

To develop the novel technology and principle for the removal of particulateand gaseous pollutants contained in exhaust gas. In addition, the research aimed to solve the air pollution from combustion and fire accident by the control of combustion process. To develop biological technologies for the treatment of organic waste gas.

环境管理与标准

Environmental Management and Standards

本方向以环境资源和管理科学为核心理论,通过经济、行政、法律、教育和技术手段,协调经济发展与环境之间的关系,其研究包括:环境标准的制定及方法学研究;循环经济理论;碳排放管理;污染控制管理;自然资源管理体制。

Based on the science theory of environment resource and management, to coordinate the relation between the economic development and environment by various means such as economy, administration, legislation, education and technology. The main contents include the establishment of environmentalstandards and methodology, the theory of cyclic economy, carbon emission management, the management of pollution control, and the management system of natural resources.

环境污染监测、评价与生态修复

Monitoring, Assessment and Bioremediation for  Environmental Pollution

该方向包括4个有着内在联系的研究内容:(1)利用新材料和电化学技术监测水中痕量污染物质;(2)利用遥感技术和生物的生理指标监测环境污染状况;(3)环境质量和环境污染现状的评价;(4)研究污染物在环境中的迁移和变化规律,利用各种物理、化学和生物技术开展生态修复研究。

Four contents with intrinsic relation are included in this research orientation: (1) the determination of trace pollutants based on new materials and electrochemical technology; (2)the monitoring of environment pollution by remote sensing technique and the physiological-biochemical indexes of organism; (3) assessment on environment quality and environment pollution status; (4) themigration and conversion of pollutants in environment, and the bioremediation by physical, chemical and biological technology.

六、课程教学Course Teaching

研究生课程分为学位课和非学位课,研究生在学期间应修完个人培养计划中所要求的学分,方能进入中期考核。

The master courses include degree courses and non-degree courses. Prior to medium-term assessment, each student should complete all the courses in his (her) educating plan and gain the required credit points.        

环境科学与工程的课程教学以课堂讲授为主要手段,以学术研讨和学生实践为辅助手段,鼓励教师以专题报告形式开展部分课程内容的教学。课程考核分考试与考察,一般学位课采用闭卷考试,其他课程采用闭、开卷与考查相结合的方式。

The main teaching mean is lecturing in class assisted by academic discussion and practice. Additionally, encourage teachers adopt subjective report in teaching. The assessment of course is conducted by exam and check. Generally, written exam with closed paper should be used in degree courses, whereas written exam with closed or opened paper and other assessment means can be used for non-degree courses.        

七、论文的要求Dissertation Requirements

科学研究是研究生培养的必要组成部分,是提高研究生培养质量的关键环节。学位论文的选题应体现本学科领域的前沿性和先进性,一般要与导师的科研任务相结合。鼓励研究生在导师指导下,通过阅读文献资料,自主选题。学位论文要有开题报告,中期检查、论文答辩等过程,有明确的时间安排。在论文工作期间,研究生至少应以第一作者在核心刊物上发表论文1篇。

Research work is the required section for master education, considered as the key mean to guarantee the quality of post-graduate. The topic selection should exhibit the characteristics of advance in environmental science and engineering and it is better to take the research task from the tutor into account. Furthermore, the free topic selection after reviewing literature is also encouraged under the help from the tutor. The dissertation work include several steps such as thesis proposal, medium-term assessment and thesis oral defense. Each step is arranged with an explicit schedule. During the course of research work, each master is required to publish one paper at least in core journal as the first author.        

论文在答辩前要请两位在环境科学与工程领域有较深造诣的专家评阅,且其中至少有一位是外校专家。论文答辩应由校内外专家组成的答辩委员会主持进行。通过答辩者,准予毕业,并由校学位委员会批准,授予硕士学位。

Prior to thesis oral defense, the thesis must be subjected to an assessment made by two experts majored in environmental science and engineering, and at least one of the two experts comes from outside of the university. Thesis defense committee composed of the experts host the proceedings. The student who pass thesis oral defense will graduate and achieve the master degree after approved by the degree committee.
